In order for our Studio Nu Professionals to provide the ultimate onsite hair experience, we ask that you have an area prepared for their arrival. The spot you choose will need a chair, an outlet and a surface area.

Every booking requires a credit card on file. After the services are rendered, your card will be charged and at that point you have the opportunity to leave a tip.
We do our best to provide you with a Studio Nu Pro anywhere you are. If for some reason you are out of the range for a Studio Nu Pro, we charge a travel fee starting at $20. If travel is required, on-demand service times are subject to change.
In your profile you have the capability to cancel your appointment. If you cancel prior to the 24-hour period you will be refunded your service(s). If you cancel within a 24-hour period you will be charged 50% of the service(s). If you cancel within an hour of your service you will be charged 100% of the service(s).

Yes, booking for a loved one or someone else is very easy. During checkout, we just need a contact number and the address where you want the service done. Let us handle the rest of it!
All service professionals on HereSpa are licensed by the state they practice in and have passed through our thorough screening process. In addition, they must retain a satisfactory rating to work on the platform. We have furthermore implemented several measures to bring you a peace of mind. The service professional's photo profile will be sent you to via text message prior to the time of service so you know who will be providing the service. Your communication with the service professional via text messaging masks your phone number to protect your privacy. Our service professionals must follow strict health and safety guidelines prior, during, and after your service.
Different services have different license requirements. Each of our service professionals must maintain the necessary license and certifications to provide their unique services. Whereas a salon can get away with having unlicensed workers in the mix, you can rest assured we only send you the best certified individuals.
We understand that things may come up. If you cancel 3 or more days before your appointment, the remaining balance will not be charged.
If you cancel within 48 hours or less, you will be charged the full remaining balance.
All of our stylists use our handmade, natural ingredients J. Lee hair care & professional grade products. If you have an allergy or other concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us so we can make sure you’re booking goes exactly as planned.
We include 15 minutes of travel from each artists’ home bases. Above that travel is $100 per hour & is prorated ( one direction only). Anything over 100 miles or 1.5 hours in one direction requires lodging & anything over 8 hours driving requires a flight & rental car. In cases where it’s more cost effective to have a flight & rental car instead of mileage we're fine with that option.
